DESCRIPTION:Join us for this fun\, farm yoga experience\, because nothing reduces stress like a downward goat pose! The classes (suitable for all experience levels and ages) are one hour\, with 45 minutes dedicated to yoga and the remaining 15 minutes for taking pictures and cuddling the goats. The yoga practice promotes mindfulness\, relaxation\, and a little fun. What was once considered a crazy idea is now recognized as a new form of yoga animal therapy. Tickets include a goat token for one glass of wine\, cocktail\, mocktail\, or NA beverage. Yoga mats will be available\, but you are welcome to bring your own! Baah-maste! \n\n\nA portion of all proceeds will directly benefit those living with MS and help fund the crucial research needed to find a cure. Your participation helps provide life-changing resources\, research\, and support for the MS community.
