Aquarius

The largest of our Inn spaces, this impressive room accommodates 150 people comfortably. With the utmost flexibility in floor plans and seating arrangements, this room is ideal for a larger meeting, or as a multi-use space. Have your meeting, breakout sessions, and dining all in one space! A/V capable.

Pegasus Barn

Constructed in 1897 and fully renovated in 2013, our historic Northern Michigan barn offers a unique, customizable venue for corporate meetings, charity events, and private gatherings. With its original wood walls, high ceilings, and spacious layout, the barn provides a memorable setting for professional events. An attached covered patio opens to expansive views and a grassy courtyard with space for mingling, team-building activities, or informal gatherings. The venue accommodates up to 150 guests, includes accessible restrooms, and ample parking, and is available from May through October.

Covered Patio

This outdoor site, accessed from the Arcturos and Aquarius event rooms, is located behind the Inn and features a beautifully landscaped courtyard with an ornate rock wall full of seasonal annual and perennial flowers. It is quiet and private and has a view of the terraced vineyard and lush forest.

Stone Patio

This private outdoor site is right off our Inn, attached to the Aquarius room, and surrounded by lush woods. The raised platform is excellent for presentations, speeches, and auctions, and a charming tree house is tucked up in the trees.

Barn Courtyard

This private outdoor site is off the back of the Pegasus Barn, with sweeping views of the farm and horse paddocks. Enjoy cocktails and dinner on the raised patio, or relish in the warmth of a fire under a starry night in the courtyard.

Bistro Polaris

The Bistro Polaris is a cozy restaurant with indoor dining and a spacious outdoor patio on the Black Star Farms Suttons Bay estate. The restaurant is an excellent venue for smaller parties of up to 40 people. It is perfect for rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, holiday parties, and groups looking for dining while touring the Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail.
